Survey Summary Help

Please use the information below to help you get started viewing your live survey summary.

Active Data Surveys: Your active data surveys listing will show all data surveys that are currently running. A separate entry will be shown for each individual monitor point for each well included in the project. At a glance, you can quickly view:

• Survey title and description: Active surveys are listed by start date. Click on the title bar for each survey in order to expand or contract the information pane as needed.

• Current well pressures and temperatures: Listed along with the date and time of the most recent measurement, adjusted to your local time-zone.

• Alarm status: A summary is given of the number of active alarms for each tie-in point as well as the current alarms status (triggered or not triggered).

• Alarm contacts: This allows you to set your alarm contacts on survey-by-survey basis, choosing who will receive automated messages once an alarm condition has been breached. Easily add, update, or remove alarm contacts as needed.

• Pressure alarms: Set and review the conditions that will result in alerts being sent. You can add new alarms, clear alarms once the pressure becomes stable, or choose to remove them completely. Alarms are set separately for each recorder transmitting data.

• Fluid reports: Download your pdf fluid report plots, including pressure plots (rate, casing, and bottom-hole) and type-curve plots.

• View Chart: Click the chart button shown for each monitor point to view the detailed chart and alarm data. Note: the preview chart shown in your summary is not updated in regular intervals and only serves as a snapshot of your dataset. You must view the expanded chart in order to watch the data build in real-time.

Completed Data Surveys:  You may view your completed surveys by clicking on any available survey title to expand the information pane. These are surveys which are no longer running or actively collecting new data.

Client Log out: When finished, use the Log out button in order to leave the secured client area.

Browser Requirements

For the most consistent experience, please use the latest version of a standards-compliant web browser. We recommend the latest versions of Chrome or Firefox. Older and outdated browsers may experience problems when attempting to display the data chart and other controls.

In order to view the data survey and chart controls without the use of a scroll-bar, a minimum horizontal resolution of 1280px is required.
